Just call and talk to Denzil. I know a few people that were hired and had not been driving for a couple of years.

Been here for over a year, and life is good.
Stress is a thing of the past. And thankfully i don't have to pay to be on perdiem, because we have no perdiem, no rail, no regioanl, etc? One thing i like, they know who am, when i walk into the office. No locked doors or glass between me and the dispatchers. And the people in SAFTEY actully were drivers for years , before they moved into the office. Not many people in Martens office can honestly say that.

I worked for Holland for over a year before getting off the road to take a local job and custody of my youngest son and I can say I loved it at Holland. Very good company and great people to deal with. I have worked with a major trucking company and have to say I love how Holland is set up with what they call DM which really means they are the CS rep , Planner and DM for their area so when you are in any part of the country you know who you will be deling with for a load there and they will take care of it all the way to the final. 98% of the time I had another load waiting on me before I even finished the run I was already on so they do keep you moving ( I have to say some nice miles on some of those runs 3000 mile trips )

    skibum_63 Thanks this.

Holland Enterprises is by far the best company I worked for. I left there for local work. I enjoy my life at home now, but if I ever go back OTR I wouldn't do it for anyone else. Long runs, great equipment, tons of miles, and great people there. Class act company in my honest opinion.

I'm about ready to make the move over to Holland. I'm looking for a no-nonsense, fast paced, carrier who gives their drivers the freedom to pick up and deliver freight safely and legally. In other words, no micro managing. Does this describe Holland?

Yes, this describes Holland. Always pre-assinged with a load. Just confirm you got it and can make it on time, safe, and legal and go!
