    Depends on experience. And safety record. There is no standard answer . It is based on the individual. I can tell you a driver headed to orientation will know what that number is before attending.

    If Holland is paying near 50 now then maybe they are worth another look. I looked into them about 3 years ago and it was .39

    do they reimburse things like reserved parking?
