Keep an eye on that Pyrometer. Plus an eye on your axle temps and transtemps as well as your oil temps in engine. Once that oil temp starts rising from working hard above normal, plan on your radiator rising shortly after.
I can so be all over that old iron, you are lucky.
If that axle is a tag axle, raise it before you turn. If you have not already been told to do so.
Boston is not a favorite place for me. Try the Market at Chelsea I think it was with a 18 wheeler. Ugh.
Home heating oil delivery.. What do you think?

Market in Chelsea is plenty big enough for trucks. Try the family dollar at 500 Geneva ave in Dorchester.
Just make sure when you're coming down Dorchester ave, you don't hit that 12'6" bridge that's not listed in your atlas. Don't try to go down Freeport ave either. That bridge is 12'6" as well. Use the bridge on Adams st which is 13'6".
But don't do it empty... Bouncy....
Never mind blindside backing in off of Geneva ave. Take too long you will get shot
