I have Harman Kardon speakers installed in my Cascadia. Took them out from BMW that had a rollover. Paid $500 for it. I like my Pioneer Class D mono amp. I would change the sub but I have no space in the truck(don't want to put bulky box in the cab). The head unit is almost 10 year old but I like it. I had tried to change it to something newer but none of them I liked. This old head unit performs fantastic good.

    I will Sir!, I will.

Just replaced the head (cost me $3500 in total i.e labor/used head/ new studs / new gasket) and Im in the process of buying a trailer, so most of my investment is tied up in getting my lil volvo happy, before do the creature comforts.

Sorry to hear about the sudden expense, it happens.
So your looking to purchase a real trailer, “Flatbed or Stepdeck” ? It’s the only way to roll........

    joseph1853 Thanks this.

I dont have experience with "open" deck work. I would hate to get a load that gets detached due to not having "REAL" training on how to get it done right --- paranoid much? I guess?

Maybe if I get a "good" flatbed driver, then do some team run, and take notes. Only time will tell.

Dry van will be it, for now...

joseph1853 and Diesel Dave Thank this.

I've actually bob tailed to a best buy and had them install a stereo I bought from them in a freightliner century I was driving at the time. they did a good job, cost around 50 bucks. They have a big enough parking lot not like some of these smaller stereo shops.
