My company knows I'm a night driver out of preference.

I like the quiet roads and being able to do things on the road you normally wouldn't get away with during the day, haha.

I understand what youre saying about night driving and vision.

If you're having trouble seeing the lines when it's raining, don't bother trying to look for the yellow or the white but look where the road looks "smooth".

The lines have a smoother "shine" than the pavement.

If you're a smoker or the truck was previously owned by a smoker, there's sometimes a layer of white residue on the windshield that really makes oncoming lights appear brighter and hinder your vision. Get some Windex and scrub that crap off. I gotta do it once every couple of weeks otherwise I can't see ****.

If you run out of the Vancouver area, 90%+ of the runs are nights.

The new script is for distance so it has helped a wee bit. It's mostly just rainy nights in Toronto that freak me out. The yellow tint glasses I got work pretty well around dusk but are useless at night. I'll survive but the days are getting shorter :(

The tips helped. I cleaned my windows inside and it was noticeably clearer. ( Previous driver smoked).
