Hope Arkansas Accident

    Anyone come upon a van horse trailer accident over the weekend in Hope Arkansas?
    From I have gathered, two vans were carrying some rather expensive ($100K each) horses and the first van had somone pull in front of them. Van overturned, driver ok but at least 2 horses were euthenized on the scene and 4 others sent to the hospital.
    Have not been able to tell if this was on a 4 lane or 2 lane.
    Anyone have info or perhaps even saw the accident?

    Just saw your post and wanted to share what I know. I live in Texarkana, and a friend knows this family well. In fact, she was also on her way to Kentucky for the same Arab horse show as these trailers. She said the people are from Waco, and they were okay, but extremely shook up. One prize stallion was killed instantly, and two others had to be euthanized due to broken legs. Several others survived. That's all she knew at this point, but they did continue to the show.
