If no one knows anything current about Keller, how about Hornady? I'm also approved to start there. Just a little curious if those binders and 60,000 lb coils might be a littlle more labor intensive than I want at 56 yrs old. But hey, it may not be that big of a deal. There's no tarp pay, they say it's included in the cpm. (.44)

Wow! 60,000 lb. coils? They just keep making them bigger and bigger! You are'nt hauling that with a regular Class 8 tractor/trailer.
Sorry....don't know anything about Hornady....just lost my mind on that coil size and had to comment.

Shipping Company: "Driver, how much can you scale?"

    White Dog: "48,000 lbs."

Shipping Company: "Well this one is 49,500 lbs. ....that gonna be o.k.?"

White Dog: "Yes...as long as you take off 1,500 lbs. it is fine."

Shipping Company: "Sorry, we can't do that."

White Dog: "O.k., see ya later."

Shipping Company: "Hold on---looks like if we take off one skid, that would be 2,100 lbs. is THAT gonna work for you?"

White Dog: "(rolls eyes and says) Yes....that will be fine."

It's done every day of the week>30,000 tare weight is only 90,000 gross weight which is only 20,000 per axle plus 12,000 for the steer axle.

    No big deal at all.

To answer the op, I have not heard one bad thing about Hornady. I do see them a lot in the SE region hauling various things.
