It did have showers but from the way that place is run nowadays, you’re better off looking somewhere else.

    I don’t believe it’s a pilot express.
Just a tiny pilot I think.

I've only stopped there long enough to fuel and grab something to eat. But it's always overcrowded.

The Love's in Luling, TX only has about 8 or 9 parking spaces.

You better lock your axles if you're going to park there.

Guessing you mean a diff lock... I try to avoid dirt lots where possible, especially when there's any hint of rain. I'm pretty sure I've seen some of those holes with a VW trapped in the bottom of them! Might get stuck or just lose a wheel in yards with those craters.

Lock your power divider, and your full locking rears if you got 'em.

If you just need fuel the Sunoco/Bolla mart that you pass on the right getting to the horrible Pilot is not usually too bad. Sometimes they even have a few spots to park in the back. I used to take a 30 minute lunch there sometimes.

    bthomann Thanks this.

Unfortunately I can only fuel at Pilot/Flying J and certain TA/Petro locations. Even then I avoid that area like the plague.
