Really we live in a small area with not alot of jobs. Well I can see asking for advise here is a joke and so are you

 

Well, if you'd rather have excuses than solutions, feel free to be that way.

 

Translated into... "We really like the pay this illegal operation is paying, so we won't go anywhere else."
There is a reason they can afford to pay more, and it's not superior service to high paying customers...

Go find a real, legal, non crappy job and tell your men to grow a couple pairs...

 

From the standpoint of your family's health and financial security, your men need to get away from that company. As far as "turning them in", the company will do that themselves. Just give it time.

 

I've been told as long as you are heading to or from an emergency they don't apply at all to toe trucks, this was by a dot "representative" in south dakota.
