Hot Bread: What’s up with this crooked 30 day wait to receive our money?

I have 2 contract clients that I haul for weekly. When we signed a freight contract, I agreed to give both of them a 5% discount if they pay within 3 business days via ACH. The rate I'm getting paid more than covers the fee and everybody is happy. Besides my clients, I don't deal with brokers, and all my back hauls are through Convoy mostly, and sometimes Uber both of which pay within 2 business days with no fees.
