    Yeah, I know... it's crazy.

That's why I am selling everything and getting into buying fixer-upper homes.

    Just like on HGTV.

    Can't lose.

Lol, it's crazy you would say that because I'm thinking the same thing along those lines. I wanted to join the Atlanta REI and learn from some of the local guys who are providing weekly on-site training in real-time. I still need a back up plan until that actually happens. I just need to get from under this 4,000.00 trailer bill they are trying to hit me with for the restocking fee in the meantime. I maybe wrong, but I also think I can make at least a little more on the Hotshot business over the 1000.00 I make at the current Big Rig job I just left. They have left a door open for me to return as long as I do it within 30days, it's been about 2 weeks now.

What do you plan to do with the stupid financed truck if you don’t get the trailer? I bet the payments on it are high. I am not saying you should get the financed trailer I am just saying it seems like you will be in a bind either way.

This business is hard and there isn’t just a ton of profit margin. You can’t be careless and make a bunch of mistakes and expect to be profitable.

I’ve done stupid things in my life and most of them have worked out. So reading this my gut reaction is you already have the equipment so you might as well give it a go and see what happens. The worst thing is that it won’t work. If you’re a fast learner the school of hard knocks won’t be too bad.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, and I am leaning hard to go forward and take charge. My wife and I went to visit a bankruptcy attorney today to better understand out option. This might be just something I am considering based on all the debt I have, but I still have about 20,000 in available credit to use towards the business, but obviously it would cost interests to use them. I thought I had most of this figured out, but finding out that I still need to get a few things aired out before I pull the trigger. Yes, experience might be the best teacher at this point, but I don't want it to gravely impact the family, but I guess that's apart of the entire process. Appreciate that insight and it is well received..

Thanks for the response. I was working to get my account fixed. That's another issue I'm dealing with my wife wants us to just file for bankruptcy and basically start off brand new. We have about a 100000.00 worth of consumer debt and that's not including the truck and trailer. We have about 40000.00 in our retirement accounts and 7,000 in our savings. So, trying to rid of the credit cards and then see if we can get the truck to make us money, but don't know if that's the best angle to take. My truck payment alone is 1000.00 and the trailer 360.00, house payment 1700.00 so there goes my entire retirement money. This leaves me about 600.00 on other house hold expenses and my wife picks up the other slack.
