Wanting to hot shot but have a class B what is my restrictions on that sorry if it's a dumb question just new to this

Basically you can run a sub 26,001lb outfit.
Meaning truck GVWR+trailer GVWR do not exceed 26,000lb..
Ex- truck 10,500lb
trailer 15,500lb
No CDL A unless you are in CA, or some other weird state.. These weird states I mentioned, require CDL A when towing a trailer 10,001lb or greater, even if sub 26,001lb GCVWR..
Or you can have a truck with any GVWR you desire, but the trailer cannot exceed 10,000lb..
Ex-truck 19,500lb
trailer 10,000lb
Need CDL B
Class B really does you no favor in the hotshot world. Usually the trailer has a much higher GVWR than the truck pulling it..

I am new to hot shot I am in the process of getting my truck and trailer was wondering what should be my next steps. Could anyone give me some advice
