    I have a question and that is, when you lease on to a company do you use their insurance or your own insurance?

    If running your own numbers and authority it will be your own insurance.
    If their numbers and authority it will be their insurance for cargo and liability and you will pay through them(usually monthly installments). Any additional insurance is up to you but they may offer you additional through them at a better rate than you can get.
