    Hi,What is the normal hourly starting pay rate for company drivers,hauling sand around Odessa?14 hours a day ,70 hour week?Thanks

    Hourly pay is generally pretty low. You gotta go % of the load.

    Expect $15hr with OT or $25 with no OT. You might get offered a bit more on a 1099 job with zero benefits. Expect to make less than a door slammer getting cents per mile. However on % of the load you can make bank if you can run.

    Thanks,I got hired at Halliburton,$23 an hour.They put me in a different dept so I won't be hauling sand.
    I've been in orientation all week,so far so good.
