    I'm paid hourly for everything I do. If I'm punched in, I'm paid. That's it.

    Wouldn't want it any other way. I have a life and a family.

    When I was at US Foods, we used the ELD as a time clock and all time spent on-duty or driving was paid. Even if you were just helping out around the warehouse, you still had to jump into a truck to clock in and out. The manager imported the everyone's logs into Kronos on the weekends.

    I very much preferred it that way, because if I had a ####ty route, it forced them to send help so I wouldn't run out of hours.
