Hours per day with Walmart?

    He's a Walmart employee of 10 years and apparently was accepted into the associate to driver program.

    We had several drivers on the day/night program who lived close and they were happy with it. You should be able to make a decent wage working 12 hours a day. I know they did away with these and other programs but they brought some back.

    Hello, thanks for your reply. Those requirements are only for external applicants. I would be going through the Associate to Driver program (As I am already employed by Walmart), which bypasses all those restrictions as Walmart trains you from the ground up.

    I log at least 60 hrs a week on duty/driving during my 5 days out. So minimimum 12 hr days logged. And in reality probably awake 14. Walmart doesn't MAKE you work any amount of hours. They dispatch you on your ETD and what you say you have for hours. Your PTO is based on your 70 time running though and obviously you don't make as much money if you only work 8 or 9 hours a day vs 12ish.
