How am I supposed to be able to drive a 43000 pound load?

    Yep. There are a few states with lbs/in limitations, but now that we're all running 295 steers, 14k is not a problem. Although with the 80 footers and their long stinger, we only rarely get that heavy up front.

    Or 38K rears and a 14.5 K steer axle... (I used to drive a truck with those specs - It made it a lot easier to load all the way up to 80K without being over on axles when you can put more than 12K on the steers)
