All those sniffers are is opacity testers , they don't do didly to detect a properly done delete that doesn't involve parts removal that doesent involve plugging into the ecm.
A properly deleted engine doesent blow smoke .

Isn’t just opacity, they detect everything in the exhaust stream.
According to local lore: 7 retiring troopers have now been rehired as mobile emissions testers to be stationed throughout this communist state. Up until last december, there was only 1 in this state that is 1-2 hours to cross from any end to the opposite.
