All those sniffers are is opacity testers , they don't do didly to detect a properly done delete that doesn't involve parts removal that doesent involve plugging into the ecm.
A properly deleted engine doesent blow smoke .

    Thats factually incorrect.
Isn’t just opacity, they detect everything in the exhaust stream.

According to local lore: 7 retiring troopers have now been rehired as mobile emissions testers to be stationed throughout this communist state. Up until last december, there was only 1 in this state that is 1-2 hours to cross from any end to the opposite.

Im looking forward to gtf outta this #### hole

    They must be doing something.

Last I heard about violations. It was a school district in Southern California. Before that. It was a trucking company.

I am glad I own three other companies. I think I am out if speed limiters come, or I will run hotshot.

Elkhorn Valley trucks, they’re all over the Internet and Truckpaper. You’d have an assembled title out of Nebraska when they’re done and the model year would be the year it was retitled. Not sure how other states handle it, could very well end up with a salvage title in your home state.

Vampire, bzinger and Feedman Thank this.

Why do they change the title? Do they think they found a loophole?
