I tell ya what, I parked my truck & sold it for payoff.. I was in it 3 years here... i got out about 3 years ago too... It was good until then.. i don't see how anyone is makin it now.... I now drive locally for an oilfield company... It sure is nice to park it & forget it..LOL

Were really sow in the upper midwest. The fuel prices shut down all but a few companies. The paper mills, and my employer (small lumber yard with own saw mill is even slower). Chips and bio-mass is picking up for the local fuel pellet production.

As of about 4 weeks ago i have more work than i can handle logs and lumber are moving again the mills i haul for are full of logs and the lumber is going out and some of the rates have gone up dont know if it will last or its just company filling inventory back up for spring and summer but it looks good so far hope it last.
