Tell them Comdata to contact you with Schneider Fuel program. You don't have to work for Schneider.There is another program within Comdata to get you 10c off at Flying J and Pilots without 1.50 fee. I am thinking of going through the hassle of joining NASTC. Everybody saying they're the best.
Oh..there are T-checks or EFS checks but everyone charges something, I imagine.

Get a checkbook with your business name on the checks pulling from your business account?

Nowadays most places that have lumpers(and the associated fees) no longer accept cash(the IRS is clamping down on employers paying “under the table”-they want to see a paper trail). Our company gives them Comcheks. The hard part is waiting for the PO number. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes or less,sometimes as long as 20 minutes which it shouldn’t.
