How bad is one Moving violation towards getting another cdl job

    I don't believe I would recontact them with this information. Should you be "granted" a job interview, I'm sure a lot of things will come up that aren't on the application. At that point, if it looks like they are going to hire you, I feel you have an obligation to tell them about the ticket. If they already know about the accident, I don't think the ticket will make any difference in you getting hired. Particularly as long as you are upfront about it.

    My thinking is that their insurance is going to check your driving record. If they come up with something you haven't told them, then you could be in real trouble with them.

    I told them all about the improper backing just didn't say i got a ticket for it and the preventable from 2011 since their app didn't ask for it i am always up front about both things on my record if there is no where to list it on the app and okay tell them i got a ticket for the improper backing if i get interviewed otherwise leave it alone thanks Big Don those 2 things i told you guys about is all i have on my record i have a copy of it and it only has the improper backing moving violation and preventable accident from 2011
