How bad is usa trucking

I have been driving class b trucks for 10 yrs and am ready to move on to big trucks.I have drove 26' flatbeds and dry boxes.And drove otr for 2 yrs doing hot shots.I have been thinking of c1 truck school in little rock, and going over to usa or pam when done.Just like some advise on what to do.I have heard good and bad things about both companies.I could go to my mvr and pass the test on my own,but most companies want to hire school grads.
