Best thing would be to call them about any concerns. Like mentioned, criminal record and dui can be a problem. -
It's best to make sure you are not ineligible for entry before trying to cross. You make get through 99 times if they don't do a thorough search ant the 100th time you will be turned back if they do a thorough search. If you have a checkered and storied past you can get a pardon. You must have a pardon before trying to cross and it won't show on your record. If you try to cross and get caught it will always show in your record even with a pardon.lilillill Thanks this.

In case you didn't figure it out he was being sarcastic to a friend. -
I might be wrong but this only shows for convictions in Canada ?

I'm still looking into it.
I asked the carrier who I'm talking to about it today.
They asked "Do you have any DUI's?" I said "No"
They asked "Do you have any felonies?" I said "No"
They asked "Do you have any unpaid child support?" I said "No"
Then they said "The only thing stopping you from going into Canada is that you don't have a passport" -
If you still need it, 403-344-4516, Canadian Customs I believe. Got it from my recruiter when I asked about my 20+ year old DUI.

So if the United States passed a law saying no foreigners that have a criminal record are allowed in the country would you say the same thing about the US?
