I started with CRST and signed the 8 month contract since I did not have the funds for driving school. I'm not going to bi**h why I want out but since I typed CRST you can guess why. Another company wants me and heard nothing but great things about them and of course a lot more money. They do not want to touch me though due to the contract. How can I bail without a bad termination?

Without paying a lawyer, you can't. Do the 8 months and then go to said company. Unless it's a mom & pop with a few tractors they will have work.
