How can I get the truck tittle under my name

If it's titled in your name in a different state you need to contact that state and obtain a title from the state. If it's still titled to the company you purchased the truck from you need to contact that company to obtain the title

 

Does it have a lienholder?

 

if it is titled in your name in your state in Oklahoma you don't need the original title from when it was transferred there. tell them you need a duplicate title. then use the duplicate title to transfer it to your own state. you should have been issued a new title when you took ownership of the truck. always make sure you get a title in your hand anytime you do a transaction like that and keep it in a safe place.

if there is a lein holder on the truck the lean holder most likely holds the title your need to contact them.

if it is not titled in your name you won't be able to do that and you will need to acquire a title from whoever the truck is titled to as they are the legal owner as far as the state is concerned.
