What is the greatest distance that a truck driver can drive to and from the terminal if he or she does not take his or her truck home on his or her off time?

This job ill be starting tomorrow if all goes well during the physical,it'll be 100 miles from home.I personally think the closer the terminal the better.Suppose you quit or get fired,at least you won't have along ways to travel back home.

You bobtail 5 hrs to your home and your company allows that? With the price of fuel figured they would find a load going your way.
-
Well....if you live in San Diego, CA. and your terminal is in Caribou, ME. I guess 3,300 miles.
Or if you live in Miami, FL. and your terminal is in Vancouver, WA. it is about the same.
Next question! -
