Big 3 training school, then 30 days OTR training. I had a great instructor OTR, and feel like I received the best training available,,,I got lucky. After 3 months I landed a job in the ND oilfields, and that's when the real driving started. I feel like 6 months oilfield driving=2 years OTR, for the driver and truck. It's very dangerous and the stakes are very high. I'm just glad I had a good OTR trainer, because with any less training, I would have fallen flat on my face.
