You willing to roll 15 hours a day, 6 days a week, and pretty sure you can find decent paying coast to coast freight without any delays in between? Rates, especially reefer, are up and down with various cycles, but currently the trucking industry seems to be over-trucked ... i.e. it's a shippers market, not a truckers market. If there were guarantees of good rates and ample freight, everybody would be doing it ... thereby voiding the previous sentence. Quite a Catch 22

Pulling general freight at this point in the economy you arent going to gross 7k a week. I do know a couple guys getting in the 6 range but hauling to Alaska so they are beating the #### out of their equiptment

Best way to figure it out is to go online, get some rates for different lanes you want to run, average them out, then figure out how many miles you plan to run a week then multiply the rate by the miles and that will give you a general idea as to what you can make gross. Thats if you are talking about running under your own authority. Good luck.
