I expect average entry pay. I also expect pay to go up as my experiance does. I also know the first year is the hardest. I would like to see 1k gross per week as well as per diem. And then follow it right up with what are you offering.
Or do what my brother does he just puts a yearly salary. He put 54k yearly on his last app and got it....not trucking related.
Also remember they will hire almost any one. They already know what they will pay will. So be sure to read all the benefit packages. And you pick the company that works for you.

What exactly do you expect from that?
Per diem is not extra pay. It is part of your pay diverted to a non-taxable income.
It just means you are paying a bit less in taxes, which has some other drawbacks on the back end. -
Oh, about 4-600 mile per week
Guaranteed $2k per week
20-40hr per week

What they want to hear is… I wanna work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I want a gazillion miles a week. I want $500 a week.

If you're brand new and going OTR, I'd say put down:
3,000 miles
70 hours
$1,500
Granted, the only one of those three you're gonna get is the 70 hours, but none of them are unreasonable for a new driver to put down
