So...I need to find a company livestock job and I don't know exactly how to do it. One guy told me to check with local slaughter houses and auction houses. I'm gonna do that, but I would like another opinion on what to do. Like I said, I'm looking for a COMPANY livestock, cattle hauling job. Anything right now. I already have my CDL's, I just need a job.
Thanks!!!!![]()

There are some folks on here real familiar livestock hauling so I'm sure somebody can help you. The only ones I know are Aschoff Trucking out of Nebraska, Phoenix Trucking out of Nebraska and Kansas, and Hilker Trucking out of Kansas. These are pretty small companies I think but there ya go. I'll post more if I think about anymore.

Your best bet is to find a small co. or an individual that has a couple trucks. Some farmers haul cattle and also have other trls. like grain or flats so you get a well rounded hauling exp. Where do you live? You have to be in the "livestock lane" also. -
I live in North Carolina. There's a Stockyard not to far from my house. I didn't know if I could go up there and see if they had anything or what to do.
