down here in manjimup, there is one concrete place that contracts the deliveries out. i think it's hanson's. there's also holcim down here who have their own trucks and just employ drivers. maybe you could call hanson's or boral and ask for one of their contractors numbers and have a bit of a yack with them about how they did it.
