I will lay it out like this, The DAC Report by Driver IQ says "backing up, struck another vehicle" this plain and simply did not happen. What actually happened was an emergency air line got pinched by the quarter fender and the trailer. I called in for a field repair, the TA field repair technician replaced the lines, then added an additional tethering spring. The technician then placed all three tethering springs onto a single bracket of the ferring of my 2019 International LT. When backing at a later delivery location, (it was a little tight) the added tension ripped the ferring off and inward, as is evidenced by the pattern of breakage.

I dunno about you, but that's doesn't sound like "backing up, struck another vehicle" it sounds like a bad repair job that caused more problems than it solved.

The second issue was a low hanging cable line, that I could not see. It was under 13'6" otherwise I wouldn't have been able to touch it, but that said, it was after 7pm in November, dark, with little to no lighting, no signage indicating a hazard and nothing on my paperwork indicating a potential hazard. I pulled into my location and the next thing I know a guy from the business next door came out claiming I knocked out his cable. The damage couldnt' have been too severe as it was up the very next morning.

That said law stipulates that all cables in a commercially active parking lot requires those cables to be tethered 14 feet high! Let alone how do you avoid hitting something that you can't see for the horizon line in pitch black rural town?

Edit: The third I don't intend to contest, I made a poor judgement call plain and simple and don't feel a need to detail it. Though I will say it's not a DOT offense.

Yeah, you might be able to argue the repair. Yet the cable will still be yours with out discussion. It isnt like another truck passed you and tore out the cable. It doesnt matter how low it was to the ground. It still was you behind the wheel. It is just one of those bad deals we have to mark up to "Oh well".

You will need to go with one of the craigs list companies. This is what I did and found me a nice little 12 truck outfit. That neg info will be on your dac for 7 years.
