How do I report a bad driver

I'm guessing the O/P didn't 'get' that part, LoL.. he never came back!

 

No he doesn't realize that, dude doesn't belong in a truck. He is in another thread complaining about his engine brake causing his tires to smoke on a long downgrade. Reading the thread he was using the Trolley brake thinking it was the engine brake control! I've only been at this about 27 years and in that time I have only seen a few trucks with a hand operated transmission retarder or a "brake saver", and nothing in the last decade or more. Also in the same thread he complains about not having low beams, admitted he didn't pre-trip the truck when it was assigned to him that day because it just came out of the shop and it was their job, assumed it would be all good!

Stop being a ####ing ##### about it. We don't need another hall monitor out on these roads..

 

Always pay attention to the name.on the truck going by you and get the trailer number.

in a way we do, but from another driver, not some 4 wheeler.

what we need to realize, is that if we do not police ourselves, (and apparently we still do not) then somebody else will and most certain will form a lobbyist group to push for MORE REGULATIONS/RULES against us. when was the last time you heard or saw an anti-trucking group lobby for good things for us?

if someone see's a bad driver do something that can be dangerous, then YEAH, drop a dime on him.

i have no problem with that myself.

when we stop (or in our case) turn our heads and ignore bad drivers then we have no one but OURSELVES to blame when the laws, rules, regulations get harder and harder on us.

maybe YOU LIKE more of those things to interfere with YOUR driving, YOUR job, but i know i don't, and i highly doubt that anyone else actually appreciates MORe harassment, rather than LESS

WTF is it with people that don't comprehend that the ON RAMP YIELDS TO THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC !!

Learn to drive and the rules of the road before making a complaint about something that was entirely YOUR FAILURE of knowing how to drive !!

What the husband doesn't like is trucks who decide to speed up when you try passing them, or cars for that matter, holding you out longer on the left lane then needs to be done. Trucks are governed now by most companies and as soon as they see who is on the logo on the truck, here the speed picks up by these idiots. I don't remember this happening way back when he first started, certain companies were always the joke when seen driving just because they had so many wrecks and stuff. People do not care now and are impolite, aggresive and just plain rude. Husband has worked in concert with one or two other trucks to set a rude, aggresive driver down in the past when they want to pull their stunts. These truck drivers cause unsafe conditions by their actions and need to be reported to their company. Impeding traffic in this way should be a crime.
