how do I report a bad trainer/driver

    Hi guys..

    I would like to know how to report a bad trainer/driver..... i recently had a bad experience with a PAM trainer and
    this driver/trainer needs to be shut down. I just need to know where I can file a complaint on him ....
    I have gone through PAM its self and they dont believe me and only believe the trainer, not me bc I had issues ..

    If PAM management does not believe you there is not much you can do. Details please. Like how long you trained with him, the issues, etc,etc.

    Send a certified letter to the Safety Department, Director of Personal and whomever else you determine should get it. State facts, not emotions as to your experience and use proper format. I would imagine most training companies get numerous complaints a day via phone...which I am assuming you used. Certified letter is a better way to document your experience. Doesn't mean anything will happen but maybe just maybe someone will take notice of your added effort.
