    Don't work, i tried lol. I think the truck watches for changes. if there was no change it shuts off even if all brakes are released...

    This thread is old but for opti idle on my 2015 freight. You engage opti then idle up to 900 rpm with acc/ res button under on/off for cruise, same button engage opti idle. If you don’t engage opti idle first then it won’t idle up more than 700 Rpm and will auto turn off the engine.
