I have heard by using an inverter, but that many companies don't allow it. How then, do truckers warm up food, charge phones/laptops or run tv in downtime?
edit: I mean't to say 'and' such, not are.

There are cig lighter ports all over in the front and in the sleeper. Just get appliances that have cig port adapter.

Go to a company that has APU, this way you can shut off the truck engine, then crank up the APU and have plenty of power for electronic gadgets, plus have heat and air conditioning.
When you're ready to change companies let us know and we'll help you find a company with APU. Where is your location; city/state?NavigatorWife, jammer910Z and Puppage Thank this. -

I would stay clear of a company that wouldn’t let you use an inverter. If they care that little for you, imagine all the other things that they will pull.
