How do you adjust the trailer brakes?

I have heard and read about those. I cannot remember the name and who made them tho. They did not catch on due to cost i seem to remember.

 

I think they were a bit pricey, but they worked really well, similar to a retarder. You didn't want to be using them coming up to a stop though. They created a lot of heat and needed the driveline spinning to cool.

ETA: Telma sticks in my mind as the maker of the one I was around. That was in 2005 or so. They may have improved them quite a bit since then.

 

Dam shame I never went to CDL school or a driving school. So much I missed...
