If I ever got mine into the top gear (18th) at 1600 rpm I would be into triple digit speed territory with the 2.64 rears I have in mine. Never have had it in top gear and the most I have had it up to is 85 mph. Didn't shift to 17th until I went passed 75 mph.
How do you build a fast truck?

Ever noticed after you've drove a fast truck for awhile, you don't ask a truck that passes you what motor,trans..blah blah.you know what fast is.

I wonder sometimes when I really need to go and pass by an old faded rattle trap that seen better days but sure has a nice ring to it, what would happen right here if he was in a hurry to. Been surprised before gotta smile when it happens.

Wore out you sound like me.realy don't care who passes you as long as they don't run their mouth. Otherwise better have a little something.

Whole message didn't post. I said love B model local guy can tune to 6-6.5 and pass 90% on road

What's up still won't post what I said and no profanity? Is B model cat,and 400 big cam bad thing?

May be anymore. lol I have never had mine on a dyno its just a number to a working truck. She has a little more than just a good turbo and the screws backed out. Gets 6 avgerage pulling a pott trailer or a 50ton detach, and like you said if I want to play we can. I make em work for it though, its all in fun. If a man has to go and I'm just loping along I won't hold him up with horse play

I kind of look at it like this, yeah I have gone fast in a truck, I like a truck that can go fast, but if I really want to go fast, my camaro is a lot more fun!
