When I take a shower, I wash them. I have a Walmart reusable bag that I put them in with a towel on the bottom and I have a small bottle of dish soap and a scrubber as well...

In the sink, right beside the cupboard they go in over the counter we prepare food on in the house we live in

I use the apple juices ppl leave in the ditch at truck stops.
faux_maestro, Schoob and austinmike Thank this. -
Croc pot bags, Saran Wrap inside of Tupperware when you need to store stuff,Plastic ware and Paper plates. If your really need to clean something bring it inside to a truck stop they usually have a sink by the fountain Drinks.

I used to bring everything in to the shower in the morning and clean it all there.

I fling mine out the window like a Frizzbee -
But seriously, when I was living in the truck I dint use plates, just Tupperware type containers and plastic silverware. Wash em at home - I aint washing dishes in a truck stop shower - -
I put 'em in the sink and the wife takes care of them from there.
The only dishes she won't touch are my cast iron pans. I won't cook in anything else, and she won't cook or clean them. They're perfect with a camp stove OTR, too...just heat 'em up, use a stainless steel scrubby to knock out any stuck-on leftovers, wipe it out, oil it up, and put it away. Water never touches my cast iron.faux_maestro, Schoob and cybill234 Thank this.
