The wooden beads work great BUT don't sit on them in your skivvies or shorts as they will tear the hair off the back of your legs!
How do you deal with seat / back?

This last weekend I spent 4 hours shoveling Lots of Snow! My back hurt so bad after that, that Driving truck now seems like a breeze. So.... You might want to try that.

Someone asked if I was positive about the blood clots. I've been spending 8 hours a day filling out job applications and not getting any exercise and I wound up being hospitalized on Monday Dec 7th with a freaking blood clot in my right leg! Check out WebMD and search blood clots in the leg or go here! http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/blood-clot-legs. It has been extremely painful, expensive and boring as crud!
As I said in my earlier post, PARK AND WALK!
I HOPE they let me out tomorrow for a total of 5 freaking days! it does put a crimp in the job hunting as I had a call on Wednesday but the guy tells my wife that he couldn't hire me now due to the clot and the meds they put me on! Life can be such a "B" ! -
my cousin who has been driving for 30 years plus has one of those wooden "bead" type seat covers (tho its not really a seat cover it just lays on the top", but he drives about 3-4k a week and seems to like it, me ?? I am just starting out so I would imagine I will go thru about all the tyoes to find what I like best,

I try to never drive more than 2 to 3hrs straight without getting out and stretching my legs and body. But then again, most of my runs are only 3 to 5 hrs max in one direction.
