"put a brick on the go-pedal, then head to the bunk for a sammich!":biggrin_2559:

I usually will try to gauge other trucks ablity to "climb", "pull" and "run" as well as "V-max". Some trucks might only be 1 mph slower than me, but hit that grade and my lead opens up to 6mph or MORE. (but sometimes that same rig will take me on the downhill at 15mph more! Eeek!)

As for 4 wheelers, look face it, we're big, slow, sluggish, trucks. The best of us can go over 70. Most cars can reach 80 in less time than it takes to read this sentence. Go around, leave us room before you come back in, and if we inconvience you for a mile, you can make it back in the next 5 minutes.

Drive a few MPH under the governed speed. Use it for passing, and your blood pressure will be much lower than if you ran up against the governor all the time.

I have been trying to figure out how to put up a jib sail.

I haven't had much luck though doing it. Highway patrol frowns upon tacking across the interstate though.
