I don't see how 50 within 3 years would be hard at all.
The hard part is finding the fleet manager, and the company with the freight to keep you running steady.
Even at .30 cpm if you can find someone that will run you hard you can do it. Also many company's have dedicated fleets that will get you on runs that are consistent.
But you can find company's that will pay .36 cpm or more with 1 year experience. Then again it is finding a FM that will run you, and do not plan on going home more than once every 5 weeks.
