Long story short, a year ago My trailer got hit no damage was done to my trailer. I called the police took them 2hours cause but they did no report. I just tried getting a new job and since its on my record but shows me at no fault the employer counts it as points. I have a letter from my insurance company saying there were no claims reported to them during this time. But the other party's insurance turned it into the DMV. How do I get off my Mvr? I've gone to the police station they said they have no record since the cop didn't do a police report.
How do you get a no fault accident, off your driving record?
