How do you guys drive over 200 miles without a break?

    Hazmat requirement.. yes..
    But dry freight running down the road unsafe if I don't stop every 150miles to walk around my truck?..No

    I was not speaking of it being unsafe. I was just saying it was a good practice to look at your tires.

    Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the DOT say we need to do a "safety check" every 3 hours or 150 or so miles?

    You're wrong, you don't even have to do the tire check with hazmat any more.
    My vitamin lady suggested Saw Palmetto since I sit a lot, good for the prostate,
    Plus the psyllium husks to keep me regular.

    200 miles without a break is nothing depends on what kind of driving job you do sometime you don't get a break you have to get use to it or get a different job.

    As it's been said, you don't guzzle your drinks. You'd also be amazed how stretched out a bladder can become. I used to be able to put away a 7-11 double gulp and not hit a bathroom for hours.
