Like has been said already, once you leave an auction house, it's yours. Most will not let you back in the gate if you want to unload what you loaded there. It's off their lot, have a nice day.
The only way is on board gauges, as I have yet to see an auction house with a scale in it.

Hire a driver that has been hauling heavy equipment for a long time. This will be money well spent. This driver will tell you everything.

When you know the location of your next Auction house, get on your p.c. and find a Cat Scale as close to the Auction House, Again, HIRE an Experienced Heavy Equipment Hauler, You might find some that are Retired and will do this on the side for you. Ill say this again, HIRE AN EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAULER. You can buy me coffee later.

It doesn`t get better than this, TheTruckersReport, has drivers all over the country, With The Experience to do the job. Im not singling out the New Drivers, but with this kind of situation, an Experienced Driver is Exactly what is needed. If it were me and my company, You bet I would try to hire someone from this Forum. Just look at the Experience these guys have, Unbelievable !!!!! Again, doesn`t get any better than this.

You are now in the trucking business so you will need to make out a bill of lading with every load... and get a DOT #... and fuel permits and more....
