That's interesting, first time I've heard of an unload number. This aligns nicely with what one of our carriers have been requesting. They organize by PO number but their client or the shipper will coordinate via a PM number. We'll have to have additional fields / tags to allow users to enter in a few reference numbers.
All documents captured in our app are geo-tagged along w/ date, time meta data. So hopefully that eases attribution. Do you actually get a physical receipt for tolls? Or do most drivers have the various Fastrak, EZPass systems? Just wondering how you would go about recording tolls. What do shippers or brokers demand?
