You should not fear death. We all must go sometime. The fear is the actual being killed over something that can and must be fixed but is not.

    Document everything then hit em.

Excellent advice. Thanks. I'm not a snitch and don't make a habit of reporting anything or a company but sometimes it is absolutely necessary with a company that don't care about their drivers or putting them in dangerous situations.

Scroll Down .... ( recently had a DOT officer walk me thru the process over the phone,
they are very happy to go after a company once the online forms are filed )

How can I report an owner operator for not paying his truck driver for two weeks of work. He also has a truck that should have an electronic log but is using a paper log.

FMCSA will not get involved in a wage or labor dispute. Now paper log instead of an ELD is another story. You should place a call to the state police and ask to speak to a DOT trooper. This should start the process.

It's public transit. Most of those riders deserve to have their teeth kicked in. LOL.

What about HOS violations? Current company is ALWAYS tampering with my elogs... adding hours, fake breaks, etc, to keep me rolling. Just had a fight with Dispatch because (for the first time, ever) I refused a load. Drove all day yesterday, all night, arrived at delivery destination 5am, unloaded by 10am. My e-logger suddenly popped up with fresh 14 hour clock (same thing happened yesterday), and they put me on two more loads to pickup today, deliver tonight and tomorrow morning, 1283 miles total. Maybe they're dyslexic, and think the 14 hour clock is a 41 hour clock? I even gave 2 weeks notice (two weeks ago), but management apparently ignored it... didn't tell Dispatch today was my last day... now they won't let me go back to Chicago to turn the truck in (from east side of PA).
