How do you report a company to DOT?

    Since you mentioned Chicago. If you’re paid by direct deposit or some other electronic form, I would demand all monies owed before taking another load,with no intention of actually taking a load. If they pay you, then go home and if they don’t, then go home. Chicago companies are well known for not paying.

    Don't you have to approve your logs? Anyway, you need to start taking pictures of your eld screen so you can show how you keep getting more hours. Best thing though would be to go back to Chicago as soon as you have the fuel to get there. I'm thinking you are on a 1099 job and your chances of getting your money are slim, at best.
    You can report them to the FMCSA. From the FMCSA:
