I slap myself. It actually does kind of work if you do it hard enough.

 

I've done that too.

I usually drink those Starbucks double shot espresso things. Two back to back is 260mg of caffeine which may not sound like much, but they're only 6 fl. Oz. Cans so you drink them quick. They work well for me.

 

Tie a string around my head to the air horn. My head bobs the horn blows

 

Wasabi peas....pop a handfull of those in your mouth, sinuses will open and dc adreneline will rush...

 

On those nights when its just gotta be there, 120 mg of Pseudoephidrine Hydrochloride. (Sudafed) Legal to take and carry in the truck.
