Got a Cummins ISX 870 with two metering actuators and two-timing actuators. when I cut the truck on in the morning it idles rough and then in smoothes out. how do I test the metering actuators. because now it idles rough at stops and makes a stuttering noise almost feels like it'll cut off I was told it could be a bad injector but wouldn't I throw codes with injector problems I got a Volvo 670 by the way. Some one said switch the valves how does that work.
